Flexible
Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to the shoot. 50% refund for cancellations made 3-6 days prior. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot.
Moderate
Full refund for cancellations made 14 days prior to the shoot. 50% refund for cancellations made 7-13 days prior. No refund for cancellations within 6 days of the scheduled shoot.
Strict
Full refund for cancellations made 21 days prior to the shoot. 50% refund for cancellations made 14-20 days prior. No refund for cancellations within 13 days of the scheduled shoot.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- Medical Emergencies: Sudden and severe health issues that require immediate attention or hospitalisation can be considered.
- Natural Disasters: Unforeseen events like earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or other natural disasters can disrupt normal activities and be considered unforeseen circumstances.
- Family Emergencies: Serious family situations, such as a death in the family or a sudden crisis, may be considered as unforeseen circumstances.
- Legal Issues: Unexpected legal challenges or requirements that demand immediate attention and interfere with prior commitments. Transportation Issues: Unforeseen problems with transportation, such as cancelled flights.

Cancellation Policy
At AnyTimeShoot, we strive to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our partners. Please review the following summary of our cancellation policy:
- If a photographer needs to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, they must notify AnyTimeShoot and the client as soon as possible.
- If a client needs to cancel a confirmed booking, they must notify AnyTimeShoot and the photographer according to the terms outlined in the booking agreement.
- No-shows by photographers may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of their account.
- Refunds for cancelled bookings will be issued according to the terms outlined in the booking agreement and AnyTimeShoot’s refund policy.
- AnyTimeShoot reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.

For Partners
Partners are required to abide by the cancellation policies chosen during package creation. If a partner cancels a shoot:
- No penalties for cancellations made within their chosen cancellation policy’s timeframe.
- If a partner cancels outside of the allowed timeframe, they may face penalties or restrictions based on the severity and frequency of cancellations.
