Booking & Payment

Bookings confirmed upon 50% advance payment. Balance due on shoot day.

Cancellations

Full refund if >10 days. No refund if <10 days. Rules apply to advance amount.

Deliverables

Raw data (48 hrs) & Final edits (7-14 days). Data shared via Google Drive; deleted after 30 days.

Rescheduling

Subject to mutual agreement. Not a standard option. If failed, cancellation rules apply.

Privacy

Data stored securely. Marketing use of your images requires your explicit consent.

Jurisdiction

All disputes governed by the Courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds apply only to the advance amount. Our timelines are strict to protect our photographer partners' schedules.

  • More than 10 Days Before Shoot 100% Refund of the Advance amount.
  • 5 - 10 Days Before Shoot No Refund of the Advance amount.
  • Less than 24 Hours / No Show No Refund.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed to the original source (UPI/Razorpay) within 7-14 business days.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is not a standard option. It depends entirely on the availability and agreement of the assigned photographer.

  • If agreed: AnyTimeShoot is not liable for price changes.
  • If NOT agreed: Standard cancellation rules apply.

Shared via Google Drive within 48 hours.

Timeline pauses until you select your photos.

Final Edits
Delivered within 7-14 business days.
Important: Data is permanently removed from Drive 30 days post-shoot. Please download your files immediately.
